1. Program Name

Limehouse Personal Assistant

2. Program Description

Limehouse Personal Assistant is an AI-powered personal assistant service accessible via SMS. By texting our designated phone number, you can interact with an intelligent assistant that helps with information retrieval, task management, reminders, recommendations, and general assistance. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and provide helpful, context-aware responses.

3. Agreement to Terms

By opting in to the Limehouse Personal Assistant SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive responses each time you send a message to the Service. You may also receive occasional service-related notifications such as system updates or maintenance alerts. The number of messages you receive depends entirely on how often you interact with the assistant.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent to and received from the Service. Limehouse does not charge for the SMS messages themselves, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

7. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of the Limehouse Personal Assistant SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to our phone number. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive any messages from the Service. You may opt back in at any time by texting us again.
